May 12, 2026 - Faster, leaner agent browsing
Browser-using agents are noticeably quicker and use fewer tokens per turn.
May 12, 2026
What's New
- Faster agent browsing — when an agent opens the browser to click through Salesforce, navigate docs, or fill in a form, every turn is now noticeably snappier. You'll feel it most on long tasks with lots of clicks, snapshots, and page changes — the back-and-forth between your agent and the page just moves quicker.
- Up to 75% fewer tokens per browser turn — the same browser work now uses far less context, so browser-using agents stay leaner over long tasks. Agents that spend a lot of time clicking around in the browser will feel the difference most.
What's Improved
- Live browser view stays in sync with whichever agent tab you're on, even after long pauses
- More consistent behaviour across single agents and big workbenches with many concurrent browser sessions
- Quieter, more reliable handoff between an agent finishing a task and your next follow-up
- Steadier long-running browser tasks across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and the wider web
