May 29, 2026 - Smoother member management, more reliable Salesforce & Marketing Cloud connections
New member-management tools in the Admin Console, a fix for Salesforce agents stuck asking to reconnect, smoother Marketing Cloud reconnection on the web, and behind-the-scenes security and reliability hardening.

What's New
- Smoother member management in the Admin Console — inviting members now works reliably, with clear, actionable messages when someone has already been invited or is already a member. You can also search your member list by name or email, re-invite people with a pending invitation, and act on several members at once with new bulk actions (invite, deactivate, reactivate, and revoke)
- A tidier Admin Console — options that aren't enabled for your workspace no longer appear where they can't be used
What's Improved
- Fixed Salesforce agents getting stuck asking to reconnect — resolved an issue affecting both Quick Connect and Custom App Salesforce connections, where agents could get caught in a loop, repeatedly asking you to reconnect and reporting that no orgs were found, even when the connection was healthy. Agents now pick up your connection reliably, and you'll see a clear message if one ever genuinely needs attention
- Smoother Marketing Cloud reconnection on the web — when you reconnect Marketing Cloud in your browser, the sign-in window now opens and closes itself cleanly, and no longer reports success before you've actually finished signing in
- Security & reliability improvements — behind-the-scenes hardening across the platform, including tighter protection of our services, dependency security patches, and a reduced log surface, alongside a large expansion of automated test coverage. No change to how you work day to day
