Fixed an issue where downloading an output could fail when the task that made it was idle. Plus a fix that reduces dropped messages during very busy tasks, and dependency security patches.

July 28, 2026

This release fixes an issue that could cause output downloads to fail, and includes behind-the-scenes stability and security fixes.

What's Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where output downloads could fail — downloads previously depended on the task's live workspace, so they could fail with a "Failed to download file" message when the task had gone idle or asleep. Outputs now render from your saved content instead, making downloads far more reliable
  • Fewer dropped messages during very busy tasks — fixed a database issue that could, under heavy load, occasionally fail to record a message and quietly lose it

What's Improved

  • Security & reliability improvements — dependency security patches and behind-the-scenes hardening
