Adding Business Context
How to capture organizational knowledge that helps agents understand your processes and terminology.
Business context is background knowledge about your organization. This feature is currently in early preview. It helps agents understand your processes, use your terminology, and work within your existing structures.
Creating Business Context
From the dashboard, scroll to the bottom and click Manage Business Context. Click New to create business context.
Select the connections you want to include. An agent will analyze your connected systems and automatically create a business context reference for you — extracting terminology, naming conventions, processes, and organizational knowledge from your existing data.
Using Business Context
Attach business context to an agent like any other reference. The agent uses it as background knowledge when working on your goals.
Just like any other reference, you can ask your agent to make changes to your business context as your organization evolves.
