Context Model

The Cloud Control Context Model gives MeshMesh deep understanding of Salesforce products, APIs, and use cases.

The Cloud Control Context Model is what enables MeshMesh to accomplish complex Salesforce use cases. It's a continuously learning system with deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, APIs, products, features, and common workflows.

How It Works

When you describe a goal, the context model provides the AI with everything it needs to navigate Salesforce programmatically:

  • Platform knowledge — Understanding of how Salesforce products work and interact
  • API expertise — Knowledge of available endpoints, data structures, and best practices
  • Use case patterns — Learned approaches for common scenarios

The model learns from successful executions, continuously improving its understanding of what works best.

Current Version: CC3

CC3 has deep understanding across the Salesforce ecosystem:

  • Data Cloud — Data unification, customer profiles, identity resolution, real-time segmentation, cross-cloud synchronization
  • Marketing Cloud — Email, SMS, push messaging, marketing automation, content personalization, campaign optimization
  • Customer Journeys — Journey Builder automation, multi-channel orchestration, trigger and decision logic
  • Agentforce — AI agent capabilities, conversational workflows, agent-to-agent communication
  • Commerce Cloud — E-commerce workflows, product catalogs, order management
  • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud — CRM data, processes, automation, and reporting

CC3 also covers Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (B2B), Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Personalization, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.
