Business Context
Business context provides agents with organizational knowledge — processes, terminology, and how things work in your company.
Business context is organizational knowledge that helps agents understand how your company works. Business context is currently in early preview. While documents provide specific requirements, business context fills in the background — the processes, terminology, and structures that shape how work gets done.
When you create business context, you select which connections to include. An agent then analyzes your connected systems and automatically creates a business context reference for you — extracting the knowledge it needs to work effectively in your environment.
Just like any other reference, you can ask your agent to make changes to your business context as your organization evolves.
