Recipes
Recipes capture completed work as reusable, shareable guides that other agents can follow to repeat the same outcome.
Recipes turn work you've already done into something repeatable. When an agent completes a task and you like the result, you can ask it to capture the steps as a recipe — a reusable guide that any agent can follow to reproduce the same outcome.
When to Create a Recipe
- You completed a setup or configuration and want to do the same thing again later
- You want to share a proven workflow with teammates so they don't have to figure it out from scratch
- You built something that works and want to standardize it as a best practice
How It Works
After completing work with an agent, just ask: "Turn this into a recipe", "Save this as a runbook", or "Document what we just did." The agent reviews the conversation, asks a few scoping questions, and creates a recipe you can reuse or share.
Recipes are written for agents, not humans. The instructions are precise and machine-executable, so when you attach a recipe to a new agent, it can follow the steps without ambiguity.
Discovering Recipes
You can find recipes in the References tab — use the sidebar to filter by type, browse shared recipes from your team, or star the ones you use most. Recipes shared with your organization appear in the Shared tab automatically.
